Associate Manager, Performance Analytics - Food

Support the Media Performance Analytics Manager (WPP Unite) in executing measurement frameworks, generating insights, and enabling data-driven media optimization for Unilever. As an embedded WPP Unite team member, you will act as a subject matter expert on media analytics tools and methodologies, representing WPP's best-in-class expertise within the client environment. You’ll be part of a WPP Unite team that believes in doing work that matters — for our clients, for people, and for the planet. Key responsibilities include executing and advancing media measurement for Unilever campaigns (setup, reporting, ROI analysis, attribution, evaluation), developing data-driven insights and clear business narratives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, supporting development and automation of data inputs/outputs and dashboards, staying current on trends in media measurement, managing relationships with agencies and vendors, and partnering with Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics teams. Required Skills and Experience: 3–5 years in media analytics or related fields; Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus); proficiency with Power BI/Tableau, Excel; coding with SQL/Python; experience translating data into actionable client recommendations; strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a client-embedded team; experience with major media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and awareness of measurement tools (MMM, Attribution, Brand Health, Lift/Incrementality Testing, Data Clean Rooms); prior experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) and coding (SQL, Python).
