Job Summary
Support management in achieving Budgeted Net Sales by delivering an exceptional customer experience and protecting store assets. Manage daily sales productivity through the Daily Juice Drive business, utilizing KPIs to foster a team selling culture. Lead the store team by training and developing talent, providing actionable feedback, and cultivating an optimistic, high-energy atmosphere consistent with the Lilly Pulitzer Resort Chic lifestyle. Uphold company core values, ensure inventory management compliance, and maintain clear communication with store leadership. This hourly, non-exempt role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays during peak seasonal periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years in retail or relevant industry
- Four year college degree
- Ability to work store schedule as needed including nights and weekends and holidays
