Job Summary
Deliver daily sales results using KPI metrics and company training tools to exceed targets. Manage client experience by resolving issues, ensuring the Lilly Pulitzer culture aligns with brand values, and coaching associates on team selling. Oversee a specific division of responsibility, including cash transaction accuracy, visual standards, and asset safeguarding. Provide actionable feedback to the Store Manager to optimize financial results and communicate initiatives to the team. Work a full-time, non-exempt 40-hour week with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Assist in maintaining the brand's heritage and operational excellence across the retail location.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience
- Strong supervisory skills
- Strong communication skills

- Excellent decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology
- Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
