Job Summary
Associate Manager leading organizational change management (OCM) for AI-enabled workplace and ERP transformations, leveraging Microsoft technologies to drive adoption and measurable business impact.Responsibilities include defining and implementing change strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement, communications planning, change impact assessments, and designing training programs to upskill client workforces. Requires 3-5 years in client-facing change management roles, experience with ERP/AI-enabled initiatives, and comfort navigating matrixed environments. Projects span AI/ERP transformations using Microsoft tools (e.g., Copilot), with emphasis on design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design. Travel up to 75% across North America; strong analytical, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. The role belongs to Avanade’s Advisory & Experiences practice, partnering with clients to drive value from Microsoft investments and achieving sustained adoption and measurable outcomes across organizational readiness, engagement, and training efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in client-facing change management roles
- Experience in ERP and/or AI-enabled initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in management consulting (preferably with a global firm)
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their integration into change management strategies
- Willingness to travel within North America (up to 75%)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and measure change impacts
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools
