Associate Manager, New Verticals - Logistics Strategy & Operations

Associate Manager, New Verticals Logistics & Operations drives forecasting and labor planning to enable efficient, scalable same-day delivery for DashMarts and third-party partners. You will understand forecasting systems, serve as the DRI for forecast accuracy, identify variance drivers, develop hypotheses, and test model and product changes with Product, Engineering, and Data Science—utilizing SQL and AI-enabled tooling. You’ll translate analytical insights into operational experiments, launch and maintain forecasting enhancements, assess financial and operational impacts, and influence a cross-functional team across local operations, engineering, product, and data science to align on roadmap priorities. The role reports to a Senior Manager within the Central Strategy & Operations team and operates in a hybrid model across DashMarts and partner stores. You should bring strong analytical abilities, advanced SQL proficiency, and experience building models from scratch, with a focus on forecasting outcomes and understanding how forecast decisions affect cost, service levels, and network performance.
