Job Summary

Associate Marketing Manager, National Media supporting paid marketing strategies across platforms (social, search, CTV, programmatic) for Newell Brands’ Home and Baby segments. Drive data-driven insights, manage budgets and pacing, track KPI performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines and creative inputs, asset trafficking, testing and learning to optimize targeting and messaging, and staying current with trends in CTV, Paid Search, and Paid Social. Requires a BS/BA and 2-4+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce, with experience across paid media channels, strong data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA or University degree in a related field
  • 2-4+ years of digital marketing and/or Ecommerce work experience
  • Experience supporting paid media campaigns across Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic Display, and/or CTV
  • Strong data and analytical background
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple lines of business
  • Detail-oriented and able to drive efficiency
  • Experience in media agencies or CPG/FMCG/retail environments preferred
