Associate Manager, Marketing Operations-Trauma

Job Summary
Drive commercial execution and sales support activities for the Trauma and Extremities business, optimizing marketing operations, compliance, and copy approval processes. Ensure all materials accurately reflect product positioning and clinical evidence by collaborating with regulatory, legal, medical, and clinical affairs teams. Support the development of global lifecycle management strategies and execute worldwide product launches, including inventory roll-out plans and sales tool development. Manage expenses within budget while achieving business plan objectives for sales, net income, and gross profit. Provide on-site support to internal cross-functional partners and mentor junior team members. Travel approximately 5-10% to coordinate with regional marketing teams and strategic partners.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree
- Business/Marketing/Finance degree
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant business experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare / medical device marketing, sales, finance, or other commercial experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability through influencing, including the ability to lead and manage through change
- Excellent listening, written, and oral communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to make sales presentations with positive results
- Ability to manage stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to design, structure, and lead projects
- Ability to travel (~5-10%)
