Associate Manager

As an Associate Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You will coach and provide immediate feedback to maximize team performance, own a designated division (e.g., Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), manage store operations and systems, support recruiting and training, and collaborate with the Store Director to create a collaborative environment that helps the team exceed goals and deliver best-in-class service. You may step into other roles on the sales floor as needed. The role requires 3+ years of full-time retail management experience, scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays, and physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 40 pounds.
