Associate Manager

Collaborate with the Store Director to act as a shared business owner while maximizing profitability and fostering genuine customer connections. Own your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, and manage store systems to ensure accountability. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to maximize team performance, support recruiting and training efforts, and curate a collaborative working environment. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events, while stepping into a variety of roles on the sales floor if needed. Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
