Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, promotions, merchandising, or customer engagement
- Experience supporting rewards programs, promotional offers, or member engagement initiatives
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs, points-based rewards, or customer engagement strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer value and business performance
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
