Job Summary
Lead and develop a 6-10 hospital-based teaching team across Massachusetts, oversee hospital accounts and teachers, ensure staffing consistency with HR, foster strong relations with hospital and school district partners, perform financial analysis to meet revenue goals, ensure policy compliance, collaborate with senior management on strategic goals, and drive continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree, MA teaching license, 50% travel in the Greater Boston area, and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
