Job Summary
Conduct learning needs analysis and design scalable learning journeys, resources, and digital solutions aligned with organizational priorities. Lead end-to-end onboarding programs to build role clarity and cultural alignment while facilitating workshops, leadership training, and capability-building interventions. Partner with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors to manage learning operations, LMS systems, project timelines, and budgets. Track learning outcomes through analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement in processes and knowledge management. This role supports Quest Alliance's mission to prepare young learners in India with future-ready skills through equitable access to education across 12 states.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HRD, or Instructional Design
- Exposure to the development/social impact sector
- Experience conducting learning needs analysis and designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning interventions
- Experience managing learning projects, onboarding programs, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships
- Experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating dependencies across teams
- Willingness and commitment to continuous learning and collaboration
