Associate Manager - L&D

Build and manage the learning format and architecture for the organization while formulating the annual learning agenda based on identified needs and organizational goals. Design courses for mentoring and coaching, evaluate e-learning platforms, and ensure learning opportunities for all employees through innovative methods. Conduct programs on personal effectiveness, address non-performance through L&D, and implement improvements in the goal setting process and KPIs. Track engagement action plans to meet score targets, design DEI initiatives to enhance inclusion, and serve as the custodian of L&D, engagement, and DEI dashboards. Prepare the L&D database, manage knowledge sharing across locations, and work with line managers and senior management on organizational development initiatives.
