Job Summary
Associate Manager, IT - Transportation leads SAP ECC/S4 HANA-based Transportation IT initiatives, owning core configuration and integration within the SAP SD/OTC/MM/WMS/EWM space for Transportation processes. Responsible for delivering the Core solution in ECC/S4 HANA, configuring the global core solution and coordinating deployment optimization, order management, direct procurement, and intercompany transfers in relation to Transportation. Manages external contractors on systems projects, communicates with senior leadership, leads joint project teams to shape solutions, and provides expertise in sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery within SAP SD. Oversees ABAP collaboration for customizations and integrations, ensures data consistency across Transportation systems, drives system testing and defect resolution, serves as primary issue-contact for project execution, coordinates on-site hyper care, maintains project plans, and effectively communicates across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Requires 4+ years of experience in large-scale ERP/OTC transformations, SAP SD/MM configuration and integration, and familiarity with TMS and IDoc processing; willingness to travel. Location is Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 3 days/week). Compensation includes base salary 80,100-100,100 USD plus bonus; benefits and Wellbeing programs are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Possess over 4 years of experience in large-scale integration and transformation programs in OTC/STP and ERP systems
- Proven ability in project scoping, management, requirements analysis/definition/mapping, solution and process design, test planning/scenario creation for large-scale programs including budgeting and forecasting
- SAP certification (MM/SD/WM desired)
- Proficiency with ServiceNow desired
- SAP SD/MM configuration, customization, and integration, particularly with transportation management systems (TMS)
- OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) is preferred
- Hands-on experience in SAP WM / EWM, SAP SD (Order-to-Cash), SAP MM (Procurement & inventory)
- Experience with systems landscapes that include Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Proficient in end-to-end IDoc processing and collaboration with middleware teams
- Ability to travel as required by projects
- New Hire Base Salary Range: $80,100 - $100,100 (base salary in USD)
