Associate Manager, Investment Operations | PGIM Ireland

Maintain investment, accounting, reporting, and record-keeping systems for PGIM Business Units by reviewing financial statements of Limited Partnerships/Joint Ventures and ensuring timely, accurate ledger reconciliation. Supervise a small team of approximately 2-3 accountants, providing feedback on daily and monthly deliverables while monitoring data integrity and supporting external and internal audit reviews. Coordinate all deliverables and participate in various analysis and special projects, applying understanding of STAT and GAAP accounting rules for Other Invested Assets. This role is based in the Letterkenny office on a hybrid basis (2/3 days in the office) within the Alternative Assets Portfolio Administration and Accounting team.
