Job Summary
Interface with potential insurance companies to identify partnership possibilities and coordinate with legal and compliance teams to expedite the partnership journey. Collect feedback from field teams on rural insurance product needs and industry trends to create product fits based on market demand. Plan sales and marketing activities to generate business for targeted insurance products while monitoring field activities and tracking performance indicators against sanctioned plans. Assess capability gaps of field agents and provide necessary training for better product understanding and query handling. Ensure required documentation based on business process and reconciliation needs. Requires 4-5 years of experience in the insurance and banking industry with strong rural demand knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in Insurance and Banking industry
- Good knowledge of banking & insurance industry and rural demand
- Highly self motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and Powerpoint)
- Have worked purely in insurance industry
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably from premier Agri Institutes like IRMA, MANAGE, SIIB, XIMB, NIAM etc.
