Job Summary
Lead and coach a small team of installation specialists to ensure accurate, efficient POS deployments and drive high-quality client experiences. Oversee day-to-day operations, serve as primary escalation point for technical or process issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, training, and site installations. Responsible for onsite training, site surveys, hardware/software configurations, and ensuring client satisfaction while championing continuous process improvements and adherence to SOPs and SLAs. Travel for onsite training and installations is required; the role emphasizes team development, reporting on performance metrics, and supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking or Systems Administration, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management (with strong technical acumen) or a related field
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or vendor-specific POS certifications) may substitute for a formal degree
- 5 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles
- 1 year of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
