Job Summary
Associate Manager Infrastructure Services responsible for planning, configuring, and operating Microsoft Teams Phone and related voice/video solutions. Responsibilities include enabling Teams Phone for Voice users, Direct Routing, assigning licenses and numbers, configuring voice policies, planning PSTN connectivity, evaluating Operator Connect and Direct Routing options, designing network topology for Teams Phone performance, monitoring CQD and Power BI reporting, troubleshooting Direct Routing connectivity, and ensuring integration with other UC systems (Skype for Business, Exchange/Office 365). The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project risk and progress, and supporting cloud voice migration efforts. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of IP telephony, and experience with enterprise communications technologies are required, with ITIL knowledge considered an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with IP telephony solutions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve issues under pressure
- Experience configuring Microsoft Teams Phone for Voice users and Direct Routing
- Experience planning and configuring Teams PSTN solutions and licensing
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Teams Phone and Direct Routing connectivity
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Team collaboration across TAC teams
- ITIL knowledge is an added advantage
