Job Summary
Associate Manager Supply Management (Indirect) supports procurement strategies related to CAPEX, FM and MRO; assists in tracking forecasted savings, supplier selection and negotiation, and managing supplier performance; collaborates with finance and internal stakeholders to build savings into budgets and annual operating plans; ensures compliance and monitors sustainability targets within sourcing strategies; relevant KPIs include YoY savings, on-time delivery, supplier risk, and sustainability metrics. Requires collaboration across Africa and fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply chain/Procurement or Business administration.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Indirect procurement across Capex, Facilities management (FM) or MRO.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Africa
- Good communication skills in English, French and Arabic.
