Job Summary
Run and enhance the end-to-end new hire experience, including orientation, the Kickstart program, and onboarding effectiveness metrics. Partner across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, and Learning & Development to support enterprise initiatives like performance management, talent reviews, and employee development. Coordinate company-wide learning programs, manage recruitment for the Co-Op Program, and maintain HR documentation and organizational charts. Provide guidance on policies and employee relations matters while contributing to cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency. Work onsite in Boston, MA, with a salary range of $98,000-$126,000. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of progressive Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or technology industry
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
