Job Summary
Lead a team of HR Operations Leads and Specialists to deliver complex employee lifecycle transactions, data management, and organizational changes across the EMEA region. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance activities while guiding resolution of advanced Workday and HR issues. Oversee acquisitions, integrations, and end-to-end data conversion, monitoring SLAs, quality controls, and service delivery metrics. Drive system testing, process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to ensure operational excellence and compliance. Partner with local HR, COEs, Payroll, and regional leaders to support strategic initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of experience including 3+ in HR Operations or Shared Services, with team leadership and Workday expertise. 10% travel expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience leading or managing teams directly or indirectly
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Travel Percentage: 10%
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR Operations, Shared Services, HR COE, or related experience
- Experience with HR systems, with Workday, Service Now
