Associate Manager - Healthcare Financial/Actuarial

Associate Manager role providing financial analyses, outputs and client deliverables across employer health and group benefit programs (medical, dental, life, disability, voluntary benefits). Delivers pricing and employee contribution strategies, models plan design alternatives, calculates reserves, and ensures accuracy of claim reporting and financial modeling for client teams. Builds and maintains relationships with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to drive project management and client action; communicates complex financial/actuarial results effectively and collaborates across cross-functional teams to enhance health benefits initiatives.
