Associate Manager, Global Offensive Security Lead

Job Summary
Design and execute threat-informed breach attack simulations and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them, then transform findings into prioritized actions that strengthen the security posture. Own and evolve the global Offensive Security program by influencing enterprise security strategy through key reporting metrics and opportunities for improvement. Partner with Security Architects and Engineers to build testing plans, manage offensive security tools, and establish repeatable processes for risk-based finding prioritization. Conduct non-destructive attack simulations on a cadenced basis while maintaining confidentiality regarding discovered vulnerabilities. This role blends hands-on offensive security expertise with strategic program leadership to reduce enterprise risk across a global organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or military experience considered in lieu of education requirement
- 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security
- 2+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Breach Attack Simulation, Threat Hunting, Offensive Security, SOC, DevSecOps
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment
- Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period
- This role is not eligible for domestic relocation

- Thought leader in Information Security with ability to align initiatives with company business objectives
- Cross-functional experience with technical and non-technical multidisciplinary teams
- Considerable writing proficiency, oral presentation, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation
- Ability to facilitate productive meeting and work successfully in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant industry certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, etc..
