Associate Manager Full-time

As part of the Tumi Retail team, the Associate Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that reflects the brand's ethos while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to client service with an understanding of the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales and KPI goals, exhibiting leadership and initiative, training and developing store staff, coaching for performance, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Focus areas include visual merchandising, maintaining a superior client experience, adherence to store policies, and supporting ongoing training through sourcing and applying new concepts to drive growth.
