Job Summary
Drive sales and build client relationships by meeting individual and store baseline goals for personal sales, conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture. Lead the team through consistent roleplay, coaching, and quarterly goalsetting while maintaining visual merchandising standards and enforcing excellent client service protocols. Manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy, uphold all company policies, and deescalate situations with strong written and verbal communication skills. This role supports the Retail team's entrepreneurial spirit to increase sales, KPIs, and brand awareness within the luxury travel and fashion markets.
