Job Summary
Associate Manager responsible for delivering a superior client experience and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. Core duties include leading performance toward personal sales and KPI goals (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture), coaching and developing store associates, planning and prioritizing tasks, and maintaining compliance with store policies. The role emphasizes leadership, initiative, collaboration, and effective communication to promote the brand, uphold visual merchandising standards, and ensure a world-class client experience across the store. Strong interest in luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets, with a focus on delivering excellent service and achieving sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail or high-end brands preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPIs
- Strong leadership and people-development abilities
