Job Summary
Manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy and maintain Tumi University Training while ensuring the store adheres to visual guidelines and client experience directives. Drive sales through outstanding service by meeting individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture. Lead team development through consistent roleplay, coaching, and quarterly goalsetting, utilizing company tools to foster a 360-degree coaching culture. Exercise strong verbal and written skills to deescalate situations and collaborate effectively with the team. Complete quarterly goalsetting for personal development and demonstrate ethical conduct while adapting flexibly to change.
