Job Summary
Drive sales and build client relationships by meeting individual and store baseline goals for personal sales, conversion, DPT, and Client Data Capture. Lead the team through training, coaching, and feedback while managing timecards to ensure payroll accuracy. Enforce visual merchandising guidelines and execute event strategies to maintain a superior client experience. Demonstrate strategic thinking, ethical conduct, and the ability to deescalate situations within the luxury travel and fashion markets.
