Job Summary
Oversee the consolidation and reporting of financials for the assigned area, including supervision of the FP&A function, development of budgets and quarterly forecasts, and preparation of comprehensive management reports. Collaborate with area FP&A teams to monitor performance against budgets, ensure accuracy of data, and provide analysis to support decision making. Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards and internal policies, lead process improvements, and manage stakeholder communications related to financial performance and planning. Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance/commercial/accounting (or equivalent), and 4–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis with team leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in managing a team and interaction with a large group of people of different nationalities
