Job Summary
Associate Manager, Financial Accounting and Control responsible for month-end close, P&L and Balance Sheet accuracy, balance sheet reconciliations, and substantiations; support external audit and internal controls; lead onboarding of new scope and align processes to the TOM; drive continuous improvement and collaborate with Entity Accountants, Financial Controllers, Group Reporting, and Statutory Reporting to implement new systems and robust reporting frameworks; hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, Blackline, and advanced Excel; deliver detailed reporting packs and maintain strong cross-functional relationships while working to UK business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Professional accounting degree
- minimum 5 years of General Accounting experience
- strong track record in processing core accounting transactions and consolidations
- experience with SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, Blackline
- excellent Excel skills
- excellent communication skills in English
- ability to work UK hours
- ability to build strong relationships with global colleagues
- attention to detail and accuracy
- experience in a finance shared services environment (added advantage)
