Associate Manager - Finance

Manage Period Closing and AOP/Forecasting Topline, supporting monthly review meetings and BU/Categories/Channels trade spend reporting. Execute planning cycles by adjusting Mosaic databases, loading plans, and creating rolling forecasts with RF scenarios. Perform period-end activities, validate data across Cockpit, TM1, and TPM systems, and prepare revenue analyses, P&Ls, and margin trackers. Establish communication processes between Finance, FP&A, Sales, and Marketing teams while supporting audit requests and automation initiatives. Develop analysis to support decision-making and guide account-specific negotiations.
