Job Summary
Conduct divisional audits per audit plans, including finalization, risk classification, and report circulation. Test internal financial controls over financial reporting and assist in engaging external audit firms for transaction audits and inventory verification. Review existing SOPs, formulate new ones, and report on compliance with risk management systems and statutory requirements. Track legal cases and show cause notices while maintaining awareness of statutory and technological changes. Coordinate smooth conduct of statutory and internal audits and provide periodic backlogs on implementation status.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' experience
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance & Taxation
- Knowledge on Legal & Statutory Compliances
- Highly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to handle the mental and physical demands
- Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Computer skills
- English, Hindi, Telugu
- Qualified CMA (with CA Inter)
- Age: 25-30 years
- Ready to relocate anywhere in India
- Travel required
