Associate Manager

Associate Manager is a developmental, full-time role supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. The position aims to grow leadership skills through a comprehensive training program across store operations, including relationship-building with customers, adherence to the Living Brand, oversight of daily accounting procedures, store equipment and image standards, recruiting support, team leadership and coaching, safety and security, merchandising and product availability, and assisting with manager duties in their absence. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, budgeting and profitability through responsible merchandising, and participation in development courses and training requirements (e.g., Monthly Associate Manager meetings, Living Brand University, and ServSafe certification).
