Job Summary
Lead global Scope 1, Scope 2, and applicable Scope 3 GHG inventory development, data collection, emissions calculations, and reporting while maintaining methodologies aligned with the GHG Protocol. Manage the annual Sustainability Report lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, content coordination, and website disclosures. Serve as the primary contact for external assurance engagements, coordinate audit requests, maintain supporting evidence, and implement corrective actions for audit readiness. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate emissions data, track action items, and support the implementation of evolving sustainability standards and controls across multiple global facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, applying the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and related emissions reporting methodologies across multiple global facilities and operations
- Experience with external GHG emissions audits, assurance engagements, and verification processes
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, regulations, and assurance requirements, including GRI, ISSB, CSRD, and related disclosure standards
- Proficiency with sustainability data management systems (e.g., Metrio) and advanced Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience supporting corporate sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and cross-functional initiatives across global operations
