Job Summary
Associate Manager in Energy & Transport leading transformation initiatives for clients: develop and implement transformational strategies, define roadmaps with timelines and resources, drive execution to achieve targeted results, stay ahead of industry trends, mentor consultants, and collaborate in an international, English- and Dutch-speaking environment. The role emphasizes strategic analysis, strategy development, organizational transformation, and a strong interest in data/AI, with opportunities to work from home, client sites, or offices in Amsterdam or Rotterdam.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- 5-7 years of consultancy experience
- network at relevant transport and/or energy companies
- background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation
- capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements
- strong interest in data and AI-related topics
- excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
- ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset
