Associate Manager, eCommerce (Digital Shelf)

Lead Syndigo PIM build and digital shelf content for The Wonderful Company brands across multiple retailer portals; monitor PDP quality, ensure accurate, compliant item data, and drive conversion through content optimizations and analytics. Manage content publishing via Syndigo and retailer portals (Amazon Vendor Central, GS1, NIQ Label Insight, Inriver, Salsify) and coordinate with internal sales teams and retailers to resolve digital shelf issues. Own brand store presence, perform content updates, optimization, and testing (A/B where supported), monitor Buy Box ownership, track performance metrics (content completeness, retail readiness, share of search, conversions, ratings), and provide weekly insights. Requires 3-5 years of eCommerce/digital shelf experience in CPG, strong data/control skills, and proficiency with Syndigo and major retailer portals; based in West Los Angeles with hybrid in-office schedule (Mon-Wed in office, Thu-Fri remote). The role emphasizes attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to juggle multiple retailers and brands across a suite of platforms.
