Associate Manager, Digital Commerce Operations

Job Summary
Operationally execute end-to-end digital commerce launches across elf cosmetics web, app, and social channels; manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and content configuration for go-live; coordinate cross-functional launch timelines and dependencies; monitor order throughput, fulfillment SLAs, and customer experience; set up, maintain, and optimize products, collections, and promotions on ShopifyPlus; partner on inventory forecasting and replenishment; develop launch playbooks, governance processes, and scalable workflows; lead QA testing, issue resolution, and cross-functional go-to-market plans; supervise digital commerce coordinator and seasonal interns; requires 3–5 years in digital commerce operations and ShopifyPlus experience; hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days at home in NYC, with a focus on delivering accurate, timely, and quality consumer experiences across digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital commerce operations, e-commerce, merchandising operations, project management, or related fields
- Experience working with ShopifyPlus required
- TikTok Shop experience a plus
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet management skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in beauty, consumer products, retail, or direct-to-consumer businesses preferred
