Job Summary
Associate Manager, Digital Analytics responsible for analytics & reporting using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics; tagging and data implementation with Adobe Launch/Tealium; design and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests; collaboration with marketing, product, UX, and engineering to align measurement strategies; data quality, governance, and privacy compliance; develop dashboards and insights to drive decision-making across web and mobile platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in digital analytics or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics
- Tag management tools (Adobe Launch, Tealium)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (paid media, email, SEO)
- Experience supporting experimentation and optimization initiatives
- Ability to influence stakeholders through insights
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
