Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of beauty, hospitality, and appliance clients as the primary point of contact, managing all requests, escalations, and strategic discussions. Develop and execute integrated media plans across digital and offline channels, collaborating with specialists, KOL experts, and offshore teams to ensure campaigns meet timelines and budgets. Oversee end-to-end delivery from briefing to post-campaign analysis, tracking spend, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance. Requires 4+ years in client management or media planning with experience in beauty and hospitality sectors. Located in Singapore, full-time permanent role within the Iprospect brand.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in client management, account management, or integrated media planning within a media agency environment
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience across media channels including digital, paid social, programmatic, search, print, and OOH
- Experience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google (DV360, YouTube, SEM, PMAX), Pinterest, The Trade Desk, and Google Analytics
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service
- Experience managing offshore team members and ensuring quality output across reporting, campaign set-up, and pacing updates
- Experience preparing and presenting campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in media planning and reporting tools (e.g. Nielsen, GWI, Google Analytics, or equivalent)

- Familiarity with localised platforms (e.g. LINE, Naver, Kakao)
