Job Summary
Associate Manager – Content responsibilities center on designing, running, and analyzing content experiments, onboarding creators, and developing new content formats to improve user engagement and retention. You will conceptualize and launch original content IPs, build formats such as series-based learning, micro-courses, shorts, and interactive Q&A, run engagement and retention experiments with data teams, document learnings into a scalable content playbook, onboard new creators, train them on platform tone and quality standards, track performance metrics (DAU/WAU/MAU, repeated views, drop-off points), translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and growth teams, and cultivate long-term creator relationships to drive consistency and participation in pilots.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in content, creator management, or related fields (preferably in digital/learning platforms)
- Loves writing new ideas and storytelling which can captivate audience
- Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and data-driven content strategy
- Hands-on experience with creator onboarding, community management, or show production
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize new content formats
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate into actionable insights (should be comfortable running DB queries on campaign & user data)
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
