Job Summary
Develop pricing and affordability strategies across fees, promotions, and value levers to balance customer affordability, growth, and sustainable economics. Analyze performance data, build financial models, and translate market insights into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners. Identify market-specific growth opportunities and lead high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement. Partner with Marketing, Merchant, Product, and Analytics teams to align priorities, remove blockers, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This Associate Manager role supports the Canadian DoorDash Growth & Consumer team's mission to improve consumer experience and solve marketplace challenges. Success is measured by translating ambiguous problems into clear plans that drive sustainable growth across the Canadian market.
