Job Summary
Associate Manager for the LiveEasy Concierge (Inside Sales) team leading a group of 10-14 inside sales professionals. Responsible for day-to-day leadership, performance management, coaching on the concierge sales approach, onboarding and ramp, hiring partnerships, and ensuring high service quality and operational execution. Focuses on driving KPIs such as conversion rates, call volume, and net-new logo acquisition, while partnering across functions to optimize workflows (including AI-enabled strategies) and manage escalations. Requires in-office commitment in Richardson, TX, with hybrid/onsite collaboration as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
- 1-2 years of sales leadership experience with a track record of successful representatives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to commit to being in office (Richardson, TX) M-F with the ability to close 3-5 days of the week
- High-impact decision making skills
- Experience in a sales, customer success, or service delivery environment, with comfort managing to sales KPIs and service quality metrics
