Job Summary
Lead the LiveEasy Concierge (Inside Sales) team as Associate Manager, owning day-to-day leadership for ~10-14 inside sales professionals. Drive performance, development, and execution, coach the team on concierge sales approach, manage AI-enabled workflow strategies, and partner with management to recruit, onboard, ramp, and develop talent. Own daily operations, workflows, schedules, coverage, and service quality while tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, call volume, and net-new logos. Serve as the first escalation point for sensitive customer or team issues, partnering across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Must be able to be in office in Richardson, TX with a hybrid schedule. Compensation is $97,000 base plus tier-based commission; regular full-time employees are eligible for benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales leadership experience
