Job Summary
Associate Manager, Business Development at Marvel Games. Own and maintain internal tracking and reporting for prospective, in-progress, and executed deals; support end-to-end deal processes for Marvel IP in games including negotiations, new deal structuring, amendments, and contract execution; evaluate inbound and outbound opportunities for strategic fit and commercial viability; coordinate with TWDC international teams to support partner success in growth markets; build data-informed business cases in collaboration with Strategy & Insights and Finance teams; collaborate with Director of Business Development, Operations, Production, and Creative Teams to grow Marvel Games’ footprint across Mobile, PC, Console, and emerging technologies. Requires 4 years of experience in business development, licensing, partnerships, strategy, or related functions within games; strong understanding of the video game industry, relationships and communication skills, and an analytical, hypothesis-driven approach. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
