Job Summary
Lead brand strategy development for the Stonyfield Organic yogurt portfolio by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to guide strategic direction. Monitor brand performance metrics, support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborate on new product development initiatives including packaging design and P/L execution. Manage promotional programs, track marketing expenditures, and oversee packaging design updates with timeline management. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office at the Bedford, NH location. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for organic food, strong analytical skills, and experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- 1-3 years brand/product marketing experience preferably in consumer-packaged goods and/or in a related industry
- A consumer-centric thinker who understands the principles of marketing with a passion for marketing and brand building
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize into data-driven recommendations
- Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail, including ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines, and prioritize against the most important business drivers
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to drive persuasion and influence with leadership and both internal and external partners
- A general manager mindset, with a natural curiosity and ability to operate with ambiguity
- Desire to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- MBA a plus
- Knowledge of syndicated database analysis programs (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) a plus
