Job Summary
Conduct research and analysis of demographics and insights to inform strategies, while managing syndicated research platforms to create fan profiles and support landscape analysis. Support the creation of proprietary measurement tools, execute brand health surveys, and perform property valuations including contract and activation analyses. Monitor media trends and industry updates to maintain client awareness, providing weekly and daily project status reports and managing expectations for measurement plans. Collaborate with vertical teams to set objectives and KPIs, develop campaign measurement plans, and present findings to client teams through deck creation and report materials. Maintain positive client relationships to encourage new business and liaise with third-party vendors for partnership measurement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of relevant experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
- The ability to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
- Must be flexible and comfortable to assume multiple roles as needed by the team
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances
Desired Qualifications
- minimum one year of direct experience in insights driven work preferred
- Up-to-date knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry with a working knowledge of what's happening across culture today and into tomorrow
- Maintains a familiarity with technology and consumer electronics specifically as it relates to the mobile device market and key players
- Possess an interest in the role of technology in today's consumer sports and entertainment experience
- Can support partnerships of varying degrees of complexities across types including sports and entertainment but also campaigns to support client's diversity, equity, & inclusion initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to think creatively in a team environment
