Job Summary

Manage timely upkeep of portfolio-wide documents, budgets, and status trackers while performing research and analysis of demographics to inform strategy. Conduct property valuations, including contract and activation assessments, and execute brand health surveys to develop insights for client objectives. Utilize syndicated research platforms to create fan profiles and support landscape analysis projects, then present deck materials and reports to client teams. Provide weekly and daily updates on industry trends and project status, maintain positive client relationships, and coordinate timelines and budgets for measurement plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
  • The ability to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
  • Must be flexible and comfortable to assume multiple roles as needed by the team
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances

Desired Qualifications

  • minimum one year of direct experience in insights driven work preferred
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry with a working knowledge of what's happening across culture today and into tomorrow
  • Maintains a familiarity with technology and consumer electronics specifically as it relates to the mobile device market and key players
  • Possess an interest in the role of technology in today's consumer sports and entertainment experience
  • Can support partnerships of varying degrees of complexities across types including sports and entertainment but also campaigns to support client's diversity, equity, & inclusion initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to think creatively in a team environment
