Job Summary
Associate Manager, B2B Audience Analyst - responsible for building and scaling data-driven lifecycle strategies to accelerate merchant acquisition, engagement, and retention. Own the analytical foundation of retention programs using SQL, forecasting, and experimentation; partner cross-functionally to design experiments, ETLs, dashboards, and measurement standards; develop standardized audience segments and forecasting models; drive scalable data systems and automated lifecycle programs across channels; create reporting frameworks to track performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of experience in analytics, growth marketing, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
- Forecasting, modeling, and translating data into actionable business strategies
- Designing experiments and analyzing campaign performance, including incrementality and causal impact
- Experience partnering with technical teams to build data pipelines, ETLs, or scalable data infrastructure
- Experience with CRM platforms, lifecycle marketing systems, or engagement tooling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building scalable processes or systems in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
