Job Summary
Associate Manager/Assistant Manager overseeing Production processes at Vizag plant. Responsibilities include monitoring production, scrap, attendance/overtime; operating process machines during emergencies; enforcing 5S and SEQDCM improvements (Kaizen, TPM, QCC); ensuring SOPs, QMS/EMS documentation, and control plans are reviewed and updated; coordinating with PMD, QA, Tech, EMD for instructions and schedules; planning/managing daily production targets, manpower schedules, and training subordinates on SEQDCM aspects; driving continuous improvement and ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental targets across the process. Requires Diploma/B.E/B.Tech, basic MS Office, strong analytical, planning/management, communication, and training skills; 1–4 years relevant experience; no license required.
