Job Summary
Associate Manager within Investor Services leading lifecycle activities (subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions), overseeing AML/KYC and due-diligence reviews, and ensuring accurate investor reporting. Responsible for client relationships, escalation handling, and coaching first-level leaders; collaborates with Fund Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to support ongoing operations and fund launches. Drives process improvements, risk controls, and policy enhancements to elevate efficiency, accuracy, and client service in a fast-paced hedge fund/private equity fund administration environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 2-5 years’ experience in Investor Services or related field in financial services
- leadership or supervisory capacity (2+ years)
- excellent client relationship management skills
- ability to manage complex projects and interact with institutional investors
- strong knowledge of hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investment structures
- understanding of AML/KYC, compliance requirements, and NAV-related concepts
- ability to develop and motivate teams and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
